The spacious new homes built in 2005 are set between the Ocean in front, and a beautiful forested Wet Land in the back.These two town homes side by side are, 4000 sq. ft. and 3500 sq. ft. They can be rented separately or together.
Great for Family Reunions, Church and Civic groups, or Wedding Parties.
Larger groups? No problem, book both our houses for up to 24 adults + children under 5, and receive a discount. Occupancy limits apply to adults. For a catered Barbecue on wheels, let us suggest the best Barbecue on the Coast!
Come on the 4th of July, and you will be dazzled with the fireworks display from your own window. But book early, our customers always want to come back. Enjoy low off season rates for smaller groups. Confirmation of reservation requires payment of required rent and signed completed contract.
The Unique Benefits at this Townhome
When you arrive, the beds are made, the towels are out, and there is a complementary supply of paper products and soaps. The only thing you have to do is unpack and stock the kitchen! If there is anything you need prior to your stay, just let us know and we will do out best to acquire it for you. We do not allow pets, or smoking and use allergen free cleaning materials to cater to those who are sensitive to chemicals and odors.Gallery

We have child gates available for the stairs, portable beds to put your children in your room, and lots of room for bike riding and enjoying the beach. Seaside is a child's paradise!
Sorry, Pets Not Allowed
ABSOLUTELY NO PETS ALLOWED. We wish to maintain an allergen free atmosphere, so at no time can we have pets in the building or on the premises. We are aware that pets who travel are clean and well behaved. We don't allow them. There is a pet friendly condominium 1/2 block away.
Non Smoking Only
NO SMOKING IN THE HOUSE, OR ON THE DECKS, however there are outside areas available for smoking.

We love to share the coast with you.
We are longtime residents of the Seaside area, and have designed and built many of the homes here. Ron was a contractor here and is now retired, and Marcy has a State Farm Insurance office in nearby Warrenton. We live a few doors down, and love the easygoing 'Cove' style of living.
Why the Owner Chose Seaside, OR, USA
The location of the townhomes is unique, and has the best view on the Oregon Coast. It faces Northwest, and has a view of the surf coming in at an angle. You can watch surfers come all the way across the front of the house. You have to see it to believe it! The Pictures don't do it Justice! It is also out of the noise and confusion of the down town area, but only a short walk to the south end of the prom, and is much closer to the surf than any of the houses on the Prom.Rates
