In den area on 3rd floor, Twin or Single Beds (4) 3rd floor den has 1 twin bed, one twin top bunk. there are two twin hide-a beds for use anywhere. This room is all ocean view., Child Beds (3) We have several (costco) trifold sleeping mats for small children, with pillows and quilts to go with them., Baby Cribs (1) Fold up play pen, high chair, and baby gates for stairs, Bunk Beds (1) Noted above, it has a double bed on the bottom and twin on the top.

  We have several fantastic Caterers in Seaside, and we will be glad to put you in touch with them for your event or wedding.

  Fully stocked, If you need something we don't have, just let us know and we will get it

  There are plenty of dishes, glassware, stemware, and silverware for your group.

  Both refrigerators have large freezer compartments

  The ocean view kitchen is fully stocked and has a coffee bar, garbage disposal gas range, refrigerator freezer and all the necessary appliances.

• Pantry Items:

  there are generally salt pepper and spices on hand.

• Refrigerator:

  (2) Large refrigerator with ample freezer in kitchen.Large refrigerator in the garage for your extra supplies.

  Toaster, and toaster oven.

  (3) Each floor has a balcony to the back of the house with a view of the pristine wetlands behind the house. (This is the southern exposure)

  The front of the house has a beautiful tile deck with glass fence, and an incredible Pacific Ocean view.

  6 foot jetted tub in main floor bath to relax after a long day at the beach or hiking.

  Large 2 car garage with door to house. There is additional parking in the driveway for 2 cars, and offsite parking for extra cars, boats, motor homes etc.

  Actually it is an electric log fireplace, but looks like a gas log fireplace and adds the ambiance you are looking for.

• Linens Provided:

  When you arrive all the beds are made with crisp clean linens and the towels are neatly arranged in the bathrooms. (Please bring your own BEACH TOWELS.)

• Parking Off Street:

  The driveway will hold 3 additional cars.

• Parking For RV/Boat/Trailer:

  There is a 2 car garage, plus parking in the driveway for 3 cars, and off site parking for extra cars, RV,s or boats. (you may not occupy RVs stored at lot)

  If you are wireless capable, we have Charter Communications DSL wireless on the premises, with an excellent speed and signal strength.
